Conjugation. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) report on fires in nuke plants states “NRC’s Oversight of Fire Protection at U.S. Commercial Nuclear Reactor Units Could Be Strengthened.”
Shouldn’t that be should?
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has all the info needed on power plant safety.

Shocked – Shocked I Say
