Looks like the United States Naval Observatory (USNO) is open for business again; tours by reservation. A great online USNO feature is the “Sky This Week” featuring Comet C/2007 N3 (Lulin). You may recall that the USNO is also the residence of the VP and was, for all practcial purposes, off-limits for eight years.
